Abstract

Characterizations and Structural Analyses of the Interactions between the Essential Human Protein6 and Rab GTPase Protein from Plasmodium falciparum

Malaria is considered to be one of the most prevalent and deadly diseases throughout the world. The causative agent of malaria is the protozoa Plasmodium falciparum (P. falciparum). As per the recent report of the World Health Organization (WHO), there were an estimated 216 episodes of deaths caused by malaria during the year 2011 throughout the world.
