Dr. Lucian Mocan received his PhD in 2011 at Iuliu Hațieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy. From 2002 to 2003 he worked as a general medicine doctor at Emmergency Hospital, Cluj-Napoca and from 2004-2009 he worked at Adult Clinical Hospital, Cluj-Napoca. He worked as Assistance professor in General Surgery at University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Iuliu Hatieganu‖ Cluj-Napoca. His Research interests are Nanomedicine, Molecular Biology and Biotechnology.
