Biography

Dr. Shuang-Yan Tang received his Ph.D. in 2006 on Food Science from Seoul National University. He was employed as Yunnan Provincial Institute for Drug Control (1998-2003), The Pennsylvania State University, Postdoctoral researcher (2006-2010) & is now a professor in Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
