Response: There are few. Eg Connective tiisue disease and Heart, Cancer and Heart, Elderly patients with Heart disease.

Response: Journal mission should be to promote both basic and clinical science.

Response: Cancer and Heart Disease & Valvular heart disease.

Response: Have good reviewers.

Response: Rapid online access. Indexed in pub med and other search engines.
