Abstract

Uveal melanoma is the most frequent primary malignant intraocular tumor in adults. Secondary glaucoma is a rare and unusual circumstance discovery of a malignant choroidal melanoma. We report through a case report, clinical signs, management and prognosis of acute angle glaucoma as initial manifestation of uveal melanoma.
