Dr. Ligia Ajaime Azzalis has graduated in Biological Sciences - Bachelor's (1989) and BSc (1991) by the Institute of Biosciences - USP, MSc in Biological Sciences (Biochemistry) from the Institute of Chemistry - USP (1995) and Ph.D. in Biological Sciences (Biochemistry) from the Institute of Chemistry - USP (2001). Dr. Ligia Ajaime Azzalis is currently assistant professor at the Federal University of São Paulo - Diadema campus. Dr. Ligia Ajaime Azzalis has experience in Biochemistry (oxidative stress) and Education (Teaching and Learning).
Dr. Ligia Ajaime Azzalis’s research interest includes the following:
- Developing teaching resources for low cost classes and Biology Sciences, II Elementary and Secondary levels.
- Study of the effects of selenium supplementation in children with leukemia and solid tumors by Z scan technique.
