Interview

1. What makes an article top quality?

Response: I think conceptual significancy and technical convincing are the most important aspects.

2. Do you think that journals determine research trends?

Response: Partially , I think. Mainly, research trends are determined by the desire to deep our understanding of knowledge.

3. What makes a good position paper?

Response: A good position paper should have a clear and constructive opinions to help author improve their work.

4. What are the qualities you look for in an article?

Response: New conception or noval discovery of a field.

5.Can you give us a broad indication of the types of themes a scientific journal should cover?

Response: Stem cell and aging.

6.What sorts of research methods and frameworks do you expect people to use, and how will they balance conceptual and applied research?

Response: The balance is not important, once the articles are good enough to published in the journal.

7.How would you describe the journal's mission and editorial objectives to our readers?

Response: The objective of the journal is to publish imformative and trustworthy research of cell biology, to help people improve their understanding of the nature and life, and eventually to make the people of world more healthier.

8. If you could be granted dream articles, what would they be on?

Response: An accurate and effective treatment for a certain disease.

9. Are there any particular areas which you would like to see, or expect to see, collaborate?

Response: Stem cell and aging.

10.How does the research published percolate through to practitioners?

Response: First of all, I think we should create more opportunities that allow researchers and practitioners enhance their communications.

11. How does the research published percolate through to practitioners?

Response: Picking up the qualified and responsible reviewers is curious.

12. How can a publisher ensure the authors/readers a rigorous peer review and quality control?

Response: Perspectives from a Multi-disciplinary is the driveforce of scientific discovery.

13. What do you see as the merits of journals, as opposed to book series, as a means of scholarly communications?

Response: Fast Spreader of cutting edge knowledge.

14. How do you differentiate of Journal of Regenerative Medicine (JRGM) with other journals in the field?

Response: Focuses on stem cell and regeneration related issues.
