Biography
Ahmet Kat? received his PhD degree in Biotechnology from Yeditepe University, Istanbul. He is currently working as an assistant professor in University of Health sciences, Turkey. His research area is focusing on industrial enzymes, preservatives, biocidal products and regulations, developing new antimicrobial agents and probiotics.
