Fallot’s trilogy is a relatively uncommon form of cyanotic congenital heart disease characterized by severe valvular pulmonary stenosis (PS), right ventricular hypertrophy and right to left interatrial shunt via an atrial septal defect (ASD) or patent foramen ovale (PFO). Historically, patients with the combination of these lesions were routinely treated by surgical correction. In recent times, transcatheter repair has become an increasingly attractive modality of treating such patients.
