Biography
Albert M. Young received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering and computer science from MIT, Cambridge, MA, USA, in 1994.,He is a Research Staff Member with IBM Research and is involved in research and development activities in VLSI and integrated circuit design. His prior work experience includes 45-nm-node technology integration and program management in emerging products with the Semiconductor Research and Development Center, IBM. Prior to joining IBM, he was with the Solid State Division, MIT Lincoln Laboratory. His current research interests include power management and 3-D integrated-circuit design and technology
