Biography

Dr. Alessandro Quattrini Li graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Florence, discussing a thesis on Plastic Surgery on breast reconstruction. Since the last years of the university he has attended the Department of Plastic Surgery of the University of Florence, particularly passionate about breast surgery. He specialized in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at the University of Siena with full marks. During his specialization he worked at the university department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the University of Florence, the Burn Center of the Pisan University Hospital and the Breast Center of the Pisan University Hospital.

There is growing evidence showing the promise of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) for the treatment of cutaneous wound healing.
