Biography
He is awarded PhD in Plant Pathology from Assiut University, Egypt; he has extended his valuable service in field of Crop Research and Plant Physiology, for several years and has been a recipient of many award and grants. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.

Genetic Diversity and Biological Control of Rhizoctonia solani Associated with Root Rot of Soybean in Assiut Governorate, Egypt
Rhizoctonia solani Kühn (Teleomorph: Thanatephorus cucumeris) is considered one of the most destructive soil and seed-borne plant pathogens infecting various agricultural crops including soybean. Study on genetic diversity of the pathogen can provide information on its behavior in field as well as its pathogenicity.
