Biography
Andrea Phelps is the Deputy Director of Phoenix Australia. She has over 20 years of clinical experience in treating posttraumatic mental health problems. She was also the executive lead on the Trauma and Homelessness Consortium project, which developed a framework and practitioner workbook for trauma informed care in homelessness populations. She led a number of major Phoenix Australia projects including the development of the Australian Guidelines for the Treatment of Acute Stress Disorder and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.
