Aroop K Dutta promoter of ExCel Matrix Biological Devices P. Ltd. I am a biochemical engineer by profession with master of technology and PhD degrees from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. After working with some leading generic bio-pharmaceutical players in India, I decided to follow my heart to pursue innovative R&D as first ever regenerative medicine start up in India.
