I earned my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in English studies at the University of Texas at Arlington, where my research and learning focused on intergroup processes, stigma and prejudice of LGBTQA+ members, and English critical theory. Presently, I am a graduate student and lab coordinator under Dr. Reysen at Texas A&M University-Commerce. My areas of interests involve the social-cognitive processes of sexuality, including: learning, memory, perception, identity, and expression.

HIV continues to be an issue among the college age population. There are many risks and groups that allow the continued spread of HIV among college students. However, colleges continue to provide information to students on the prevention and intervention of HIV.
