Biography

Howard Osofsky, is a Psychiatry Specialist in New Orleans. He graduated from New York State, College of Medicine. He received his Ph.D., M.A. in Psychology from Syracuse University. He currently works as a Clinical Director for Child and Adolescent Services, Louisiana Spirit Disaster Crisis.
