Biography

James Bagrow received his Ph.D. in Physics from Clarkson University in 2008. He currently works as an assistant professor of Mathematics & Statistics at the University of Vermont and a member of the Vermont Complex Systems Center. He was a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Complex Networks Research at North-eastern University. His current research interests include the data science, stochastic and nonlinear dynamics, dynamical systems, and novel optimization and machine learning methods.
