Cardiology department, Faculty of medicine, Menoufia University, Egypt Left ventricular systolic and diastolic dyssynchrony are not uncommon in patients with hypertension. Dyssynchrony is associated with increasing incidence of heart failure, cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. The study aims to assess LV dyssynchrony in hypertensive patients with nor Normal Systolic Function by Tissue Synchronization imaging.

Aim: To assess the spectrum and outcome of pregnancy with heart diseases in a large sample of Egyptian women from three tertiary hospitals in Nile delta , upper Egypt and Suez canal zone.
Background: Pregnancy is associated with increased maternal and fetal risk in many patients with heart diseases.
Subjects and methods: All pregnant women with congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, ischemic heart disease, cardiomyopathies and also those with systemic hypertension, pulmonary hypertension or arrhythmias who were admitted to obstetric departments for labor in Menoufia, Assuit and Ismailia university hospitals were included from June 2013 to June 2014.
