Postoperative Intensive Care of Severe Boerhaave Syndrome: A Case Study

Boerhaave syndrome occurrence is rare in resuscitation. Its severe form leads directly to a life-threatening situation. We are reporting the case of an 85-year-old man admitted to ICU with severe Boerhaave syndrome and septic shock.
