Biography

Mark McGovern is a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences and, at Stanford University School of Medicine. He is the Co-Chief of the Division of Public Mental Health and Population Sciences in the Department of Psychiatry, and Medical Director of Integrated Behavioral Health in the Division of Primary Care and Population Health in the Department of Medicine. His primary research focus is implementation science, with a specific emphasis on integrated behavioral health services for persons with co-occurring substance use and psychiatric disorders, as they present in both primary care and specialty settings.
