Hormonally Active Adrenocortical Oncocytic Carcinoma Presenting with Hirsutism and Amenorrhea: A Rare Case Report and Literature Review

Thirty-seven year old female, referred to our Urology Service from Internal Medicine and General Surgery for an assessment of an injury to the left adrenal gland. The injury was discovered incidentally by abdominal imaging, as the patient had been suffering from amenorrhoea and hypertrichosis for over a year.
