Ultrasound Guided Foam Sclerotherapy in the Treatment of Great Saphenous Primary Varicose Veins

Purpose: To present the technical aspect of the UGFS, and evaluate its efficiency in the management of GSV varicosities. Patients and methods: 100 patients (57 female and 43 male with age ranges from 16 to 55 years) with great saphenous vein primary varicosities were treated by UGFS on outpatient basis.
