Abstract

Abstract
In modern time, one approach of sustainable development for countries is a proper utilization and protection of natural resources and an involvement into the economic circulation. It is important to comparative study national legal regulations of pastureland relations in the countries of increasing desertification and pastureland degradation. This paper based on my dissertation work.
Research objective
To describe and analyses Mongolian law on land related with pastureland relation and to set forth a proposal for legal changes in Mongolia.
Research methodology
First, a general background will be provided where some scientist’s concept and theory of natural resources management. Then some countries national laws that directly and indirectly relating to pastureland uses and management will be introduced. Finally, some conclusions will be introduced and on their basis a proposal will be presented.
