Bridging the gap between data automation and data visualization with developing single source of truth by unifying data streams from multiple complex machines to develop a seamless feedback cycle between the actual floor throughput and the operational planning and strategy. Unifying various manufacturing execution systems, enterprise resource planning systems, manufacturing instrumentation data systems to develop insights and improve process efficiencies and throughput resulting in improved profit margins and reduction in non-value add rework costs. Fully capitalizing on existing technologies such as Apache Airflow, PySpark, Apache Kafka and python visualization libraries such as Plotly Dash, Power BI, Tableau. Integrating the current cuttingedge technologies such as elastic cloud VMs with process data to achieve unprecedented accuracy and prediction of KPIs.
