About Food Additives

These may be salt, monosodium glutamate, or citric acid, used in the commercial processing of food as preservatives, antioxidants, emulsifiers, etc. Food additives afford the convenience and enjoyment of a wide variety of appetizing, nutritious, fresh, and palatable foods.
