About Insomnia

Insomnia is a sleep disorder that is characterized by difficulty in falling and being in asleep. It is also termed as sleeplessness which is characterised by symptoms of difficulty in sleeping, waking up early in the morning, feeling fatigue up on waking.

Major causes of Insomnia include significant stress in life, Emotional or psychiatric discomfort, interferences in normal sleep schedule, depression, anxiety, pain or discomfort at night.

Although insomnia is one of the most common sleep complaints, Insomnia can be cured with changes that people make on their own way without relying completely on a sleep specialist.
