About Nursing Care

Nursing care is for people who need a qualified nursing care team available to them 24 hours a day. A nursing care plan outlines the nursing care to be provided to an individual, family, community. The nursing care plan consists of a nursing diagnosis with defining characteristics, related factors or risk factors, expected outcomes or goals, and nursing interventions. Nurses care for individuals of all ages and cultural backgrounds who are healthy and ill in a holistic manner based on the individuals physical, emotional, psychological, intellectual, social, and spiritual needs.
