Refereed articles on Sleep
Scholarly peer review, refereeing, is the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper describing this work is published in a journal. Peer review methods are employed to maintain standards of quality, improve performance, and provide credibility. The scholarly work will be evaluated to ensure the quality of the scholarship, reliability of findings, relevance to the field, appropriateness for the journal, etc. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Journal of Sleep Disorders: Treatment and Care is one among the peer-reviewed scholarly journal on sleep that aims to publish the most complete and reliable source of information on the discoveries and current developments in the mode of original articles, review articles, case reports, short communications, etc. in all major themes pertaining to sleep science and making them available online freely without any restrictions or any other subscriptions to researchers worldwide.
