Effects of SNPs in Nuclear factor kappa-B1, Poly (ADPribose) Polymerase-1 Genes on E-cadherin and Fibronectin Levels in Case of Male Infertility

Effects of SNPs in Nuclear factor kappa-B1, Poly (ADPribose) Polymerase-1 Genes on E-cadherin and Fibronectin Levels in Case of Male Infertility

Infertile people include approximately 15% of couples all over the world. Male factor is responsible in 45-50% of cases. In approximately 50% of cases based on male problem are attributed to the abnormal spermatogenesis which result in oligospermia and asthenospermia. Many genes are involved in different stages of spermatogenesis, testicular differentiation and proliferation/apoptosis of germ cells. Rapid DNA changes in genes related to these processes have been shown to cause infertility.
