Evaluation Of Anti-cancer Activity And Influence Of The Drug Synergism Of New Quinaldine Derivatives With Natural Killer Cells In T47D And K562 Cell Lines

NK cells cyto-toxicity in opposition to T47D and K562 cancer cell lines has been monitored using releases of the cyto-solic enzyme lactate de-hydrogenase (LDH). The results showed that NK cells following exposure to the quinaldine derivatives could enhance the cytotoxicity in T47D and K562 cancer cell line. The greatest cytotoxic activity has been displayed (IC50 in the range of 1.44-0.62 µM.
