He completed his education from Westfälische Wilhelmsuniversität Münster with doctor of medicine in 1999.After which he worked with  the Department generalsurgery Raphaelsklinik from November 1998 – January 2000. Later as vascular surgeon at St. Franzikus Hospital Munster. And he joined University of Munster as Vascur Surgeon in 2008 and is continuing in the same position.
