Avishay Elis is a renowned expert in the field of Lipid disorders and the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis. Dr. Elis graduated from the Rappaport Faculty of Medicine at the Technion in Haifa and went on to specialize in internal medicine at Meir Medical Center. Dr. Elis is a senior lecturer at the Sackler Faculty of Medicine at Tel - Aviv University, and has published over 70 articles in scientific journals in the fields of internal medicine and atherosclerosis. He serves as the secretary of the Israeli Society of Internal Medicine, and is a member of several important international organizations.
