Biography

 Dr. Blake W Rodgers is President of Spine Midwest Research, Inc., Dr. W. Blake Rodgers is a board certified orthopaedic spinal surgeon. Dr. Rodgers is Director of the Spine Center at St. Mary's Health Center.  He  serves on the Boards of Directors of the ARGOSpine, SOLAS, St. Mary's Health Center, and the Columbia Independent School.  Dr. Rodgers  received  his  medical degree from Harvard Medical School. He  subsequently completed an internship in surgery at the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) followed by an orthopaedic residency at the HarvardCombined Orthopaedic Program at Massachusetts General, Brigham and Women's, Beth Israel, and Boston Children's Hospitals under the direction of Prof. Henry J. Mankin, Clement B. Sledge, and John E. Hall. He  then served as chief of the West Trauma Service in the department of orthopaedics at MGH. He  completed a fellowship in adult spinal surgery at the MGH and then served as Ober fellow in paediatric spinal surgery and orthopaedics at the Boston Children's Hospital under the direction of Profs.  He  is a member of the Yale University Development Board and the National Board of Advisors of the Eiteljorg Museum.

Research Interest

 Treatment of degenerative conditions of the lumbar, cervical, and thoracic spine with a smaller emphasis on neoplastic, deformity, and traumatic conditions.
