He was born in Nicosia on 3 September 1973. He was graduated from LefkoÅŸa Türk Lisesi. He completed his medical education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1997. He specialized on Pathology at Istanbul SSK Okmeydanı Research Hospital Department of Pathology. He worked as a pathologist in Acıbadem Medical Group and BaÅŸkent University Istanbul Hospital.

He started to work in Near East University Department of Pathology beside Prof. Dr. Gamze Mocan Kuzey in 2011. He gives Pathology lectures in Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Pharmacy.
