Dr. Chien-Ming Chou is currently the Dean and Head of College of Design of MingDao University. He is also an associate professor and Department of Design for Sustainable Environment of MingDao University. Dr. Chou has received his PhD in Bio-Environmental Systems Engineering from National Taiwan University, Taiwan. His area of research includes: Environmental System Analysis, Hydrologic Information.
