E. Gluskin is awarded PhD in Electrical Engineering. Currently, he is working as a Professor for Kinneret College in the Jordan Valley. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals. Electrical Engineering and Electronic Technology is one of his journals that he contributed.
