Dr. El-Zeiny Mousa Ebeid is currently the Professor of Physical Chemistry, Faculty of Science at Tanta University, Egypt. He received his B. Sc. and M. Sc. in chemistry from Tanta University. In 1980, Dr. Ebeid earned his PhD in Chemistry (Physical Chemistry) under joint supervision between Tanta University and University College of Wales, UK. Since 1988, he has been with Chemistry department of Tanta University. Dr. Ebeid is also an active member of American Chemical Society (ACS), American Nano Society, Arab Society of Materials Science and European Photochemical Association (EPA). He got “The National Award in Chemistry (1986)”, awarded by the Egyptian National Academy of Science and Technology and was listed the National Encyclopedia of Distinguished Egyptian Personalities. Dr. Ebeid’s primary research areas focus on photochemistry both in the solid state and in solution Dr. ebedi has ove 60 publications in leading international journals.
