Biography

El Zubeir IEM is a professor in Department of Dairy Production and Technology and she is Faculty of Animal Production in University of Khartoum, Sudan. Her research interests are milk hygiene and quality, camel production and products and aflatoxin in dairy products, Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, and Microbiology.
