Elfadil E. Babiker  is a Professor in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Also. He is the Head of Department for Department of Food Science and Technology at University of Khartoum. His research interest are Biotechnology, Food Science, Genetic Engineering, Food Chemistry, Research Funding and Scholarship, Food Processing and Engineering, Food Microbiology and Safety and Food Analysis.
