Dr. Elissavet Rousanoglou is currently working as Associate Professor in Sports Biomechanics at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens • Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Science, Athens, Greece. Dr. Elissavet received her Doctoral degree or PhD on biomechanics. Her publications reflect his research interests in sport biomechanics, sport science and physical education. She was among the founding members of the Hellenic (Greek) Society of Biomechanics which was created in 2005.

Research interests include muscle mechanics and motor control of rhythmic activities.
