Currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Bruce W. Carter VA Medical Center in Miami, FL (APA-accredited). My clinical experiences encompass all forms of serious mental illness including, but not limited to, the treatment of PTSD, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. I prefer evidence-based CBT interventions but am also well-versed in less structured forms of psychotherapy.

 My dissertation examined how cultural beliefs in locus of control, religiosity, and fatalism influence PTSD risk and severity.
