Biography
Esperance Debs-Louka completed her PhD in Industrial Process Engineering, Technology Agroindustrial Division, University of Technology of Compiegne. She completed her masters in Fundamental Physics. She is an Assistant Professor in Department of Biology in University of Balamand, Lebanon. She worked as Associate Professor at the Faculty of Science - Saint Joseph University, Chemistry Department, and Professor at the Faculty of Sciences in Saint Joseph University - Chemistry Department. She worked as a faculty of Science in Lebanese University from 1988 to 1989.
Research Interest
Esperance Debs-Louka areas of interest are Food Preservation, Food Safety, Food Microbiology, Food Quality.
