Biography
Ignatius Srianta is awarded PhD in Agricultural Product Technology from Brawijaya University and holds MSc in Food Science and Technology from Gadjah Mada University and is an affiliated lecturer in the Department of Food Technology at Widya Mandala Catholic University Surabaya, Indonesia. His research interests are Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science.
