Kasipathy Kailasapathy is Professor in School of Biosciences of Taylor’s University, Malaysia. Kasipathy Kailasapathy completed his PhD in Food Science from Pennsylvania State University, USA. His research interests are Improving human gut health through incorporation of probiotics and prebiotics in novel functional foods and nutraceuticals, Isolation and evaluation of bioactive compounds in foods, Encapsulation and controlled release of bioactive molecules.
