Ke Zhang is working as a Research Assistant at State Key Laboratory of Desert and Oasis Ecology, Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography, Chinese Academy of Sciences,China His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.His research interests as a Professor reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.He is the Editorial Board Member of many International journal and serves as a member of various associations , apart from being an author for many books. He is specialized in Tamarisk, nebkha, growth form, Taklamakan desert, halophyte and published many scientific research articles in  this field.
