He has international exposure a training to write a competitive research proposal for frame work 7 projects Organized by Beutenberg campus - Max Planck Society, Germany - 2009.He has attended course on Chemical analysis in insect chemical ecology at Chemical ecology unit, Dept. of Plant Protection Biology, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences 2008. And training at Nano materials division at Chemistry and Physics of Materials unit, Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research, (Department of Science and Technology).and a short course on Chemoreception and behavioral responses in insects at National Bureau of Agriculturally Important Insects (NBAII), Bangalore – 2005.and lecture series on Advanced course on Molecular basis of signal propagation and synaptic transmission in neurons at Molecular Biophysics Unit, Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore - 2003.His research interest based on Chemical ecological approaches for pest management, characterization of olfactory response in insects using chemical and electrophysiological detectors and developing nanoparticles for delivery of semiochemicals
