Biography
Kiranmay Sarma is affiliated to School of Environment Management,Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, India. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals. He is the Editorial Board Member and serves as a member of various associations apart from being an author for many books. He is awarded PhD on environmental impact of coal mining from North Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Shillong. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals. He is the Editorial Board Member and serves as a member of various associations apart from being an author for many books.

Dr. Kiranmay Sarma’s research interests involve: Natural resources management, Forest inventory mapping, Wildlife conservation, Biodiversity, Natural hazard studies, Management of forest resources using Remote Sensing and GIS techniques
