Dr Latha Sabhiki is awarded PhD in Dairy Technology in the year 1999. She holds a Master Degree (MSc) in Dairy Technology followed by a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) Dairy Technology. Currently, she is working as a senior scientist for Dairy Technology Division National Dairy Research Institute.
