He has worked as Medical Director for High Professionalism at the Special First Aid Service Oculistico the Policlinico Umberto I in Rome. And 'Consultant Ophthalmologist at the Presidio Surgery disorders Retinal Nuovo Regina Margherita (ASL Roma A). It has performed over 200 cataract surgeries and over 2500 intravitreal injections of therapeutic substances.

Together with Prof. B. Lumbroso, Prof L. Mastropasqua and Prof G. Staurenghi was the first in Italy to have performed and developed a revolutionary system for the execution of fluorescein angiography without contrast.

With Prof Lumbroso published the first textbook in the world angiography OCT, all'ESCRS presented in London in September 2014.
