Biography
Dr. María Alejandra Alvarez is a Member of the National Council of Scientific and Technological Investigation (CONICET), Researcher and Director of the Plant Biotechnology Group. She comp[leted her Ph.D. from University of Buenos Aires in the field of Plant Biotechnology. Dr. Maria has published many articles and book chapters. She has actively participated in various Congresses, Seminars, and Workshops. She has received various awards. Dr. Maria is a Member of various Associations and Scientific Committees
Research Interest
Dr. María Alejandra Alvarez's research is focused on Plant platform for producing immunogens that could be used for developing vaccines among other recombinant proteins of medical interest.
